This is the class that started it all here at CorePlus, and you’ll soon see why! Starting on the mat we’ll use all of your favourite Pilates props to strengthen and challenge your body in new ways. Combining traditional Pilates principles with low-impact cardio, the variety of Hot Mat Pilates will elevate your heart rate and increase your cardiovascular fitness, while improving your overall tone and strength.
