You are prohibited from:

•   Copying, modifying, reproducing, or republishing any course materials.

•   Using course materials to develop or deliver any other course or training program.

•   Removing copyright notices from the course materials.

•   Transferring the materials to another individual.

•   Duplicating the materials.

•   Sharing your login details with another user.

The materials provided on the School of Movement or by the School of Movement are provided “as is.” While we use reasonable efforts to ensure their quality, accuracy and completeness, we make no promises or representations and you use the materials at your own risk.

If your payment instalment is not successful, you will have 7 days to ensure your instalment payment is made. If the payment is not successful a second time, your course enrolment will be put on hold. If we do not receive the full course payment 14 days prior to the course commencement date, then we will withdraw you from the course. We do not offer refunds or transfers.

If you need to withdraw from the course after receiving course materials or starting the course, you must notify the School of Movement in writing. Our refund and deferment policy is below.

We do not offer refunds or transfers. In the event that circumstances prevent you from completing the course, we can offer a course deferment of up to 12 months.

If your payment plan is not successful, you will have 7 days to enable us to reprocess it. If the payment is not successful the second time, your course will be put on hold. If we do not receive payment within 1 month, we will withdraw you from the course. We do not offer refunds or transfers.

You must complete 100% of the course, including submitting all assessments and attending all sessions, before being issued a School of Movement Certificate. Additional fees may apply for resubmitted assessments or further support needs.

Arriving late or leaving early during any session will be marked as absent. This may affect your attendance record and course completion.

School Of Movement reserves the right to cancel courses. In such cases, we will refund the full amount you paid for the course.
