You’ll be welcomed by Studio Partners Elly and Eyrlie, and their team of passionate and highly-trained instructors, who are there to support you, lift you up, and bring the good vibes. Take a wander through the arch into the expansive hallway where you’ll first find our reformer studio, featuring 14 state-of-the-art Allegro II reformer beds and our striking fluted glass wall. Let yourself be guided further by the hallway lights to our heated mat studio, infused with energy – high ceilings and moody lighting. Don't forget to make use of the fully-equipped change rooms that have everything you need, post-sweat. Whether you’re a first timer, a lover of Pilates and yoga, or are looking to improve your surfing, triathlons, rugby, running, (anything!), CorePlus Kawana is here to help you move, sweat and connect.

Getting there
Getting to us is no sweat! Conveniently located at 12/10 Capital Place, Birtinya, there’s an abundance of Capital Place precinct parking right outside the studio, street parking on the lake and shopping centre parking across the road. Get your pre or post-movement coffee at one of the many nearby cafes, hit up the Kawana Waters Farmers Market or take a dip at Bok Beach, a short five-minute drive away.
