Warm Yin Yoga will reset both the body and the mind through a series of slower-paced, supported yin yoga postures, and easy-to-interpret mindfulness and meditation techniques. Taking place in our warm room, this recovery style practice is the perfect complement to our other classes. Targeting both the fascial tissue and energetic system, Warm Yin Yoga will leave you recharged and realigned.
*We welcome pregnant students to this warm class (no hot classes unfortunately!) as long as you are generally well, used to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your health care professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive, so they can make any relevant modifications.
