Warm Slow Flow Yoga
This really is yoga for everybody.
Whether you’re new to yoga and need a friendly-yet-challenging place to practice, or you’re a lifelong yogi who feels like moving a little more mindfully – this class is for you. Warm Slow Flow Yoga allows you to move slowly and intentionally through intelligent sequences, working towards a peak pose. Taking place in a warm room, and therefore can be pregnancy friendly*, this is a thoughtful practice guided by our breath and one of our famously curated CorePlus playlists.
*We welcome pregnant members to this warm class (no hot classes unfortunately!) as long as you are generally well, used to practicing in a heated space, and have received approval from your health care professional. Please let your instructor know when you arrive, so they can make any relevant modifications.
