As you enter CorePlus Frankston, you’ll be greeted by natural light, and Instructors who will immediately make you feel welcome. Behind the fluted glass wall ahead, you’ll find our heated mat toom. In here, the lights are low, the energy is high, and the music is everything you need to switch off from the world, focus on your body, and of course break and sweat! As you make your way upstairs, you’ll find our reformer studio, containing 12 Allegro II reformer beds waiting for you to lengthen and strengthen your body. Our bathroom facilities and lounge area have everything you need to wash off that post-workout sweat, leaving you refreshed and ready for the day. Alongside her team of passionate and highly-qualified instructors, Peninsula local, Ashley, has created a space where the whole community is welcome. Whether you’re just starting out on your movement journey, or are a seasoned professional, Ashley and her incredible team will provide modifications for every level, and challenge you when you need.
