Athletic Reformer is a total body workout that builds strength and endurance.

Using traditional Pilates principles, this strong workout flows from start to finish. Using spring options to challenge you wherever you’re at on your movement journey, Athletic Reformer is a total body workout that builds strength and endurance. The themed and targeted sequences will improve your balance, stability and strength. Whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates, or you’re after a class that will allow you to work on your form and mind-body connection, this is the class for you.

*We welcome pregnant members to this class.  However before booking into any Athletic Reformer class from the 2nd trimester onwards please contact the studio directly and they’ll be able to send you details of the Instructors that are qualified (these details can also be found on our booking App).  Please let your instructor know when you arrive, so they can make any relevant modifications.  Our full policy can be found here
