This total body workout is suitable whether you’re pregnant, or recovering from pregnancy and birth.
Taught by pregnancy qualified instructors, we’ve specifically curated this sequence allowing you to practice Reformer Pilates throughout your entire pregnancy, as well as after. During class, we’ll keep things interesting by alternating themes and target areas to keep you feeling strong and mobile.
